1995 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER KZJ73

This 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ73 is a left-hand drive example sold new on October 6, 1995.  The Land Cruiser stayed in France until acquired from the Bordeaux region and imported to the United States by Car Cave from a Monsieur Bareyt.

A 3.0L Diesel turbo diesel powers this truck and is mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case.  The smooth running ultra-reliable Toyota 1KZ-T is a 3.0L (2,982 cc) Single Overhead Cam indirect injection turbo diesel.  Electronic front hubs and 4-wheel high-range are push button controlled with a floor shifted transfer case for low-range situations.  This Cruiser is finished in the original Oyster Pearl Metallic (Color Code 4M7), with a white fiberglass removable FRP top and grey carpet with cloth interior featuring upgraded suspension front seats and the original multi-color patterned rear seats.  Factory built options include power locks, power steering, center console, power windows, tilt steering wheel, manual idle speed, rear barn doors, rear wiper, and rear defrost.  The factory Toyota altimeter inclinometer tilt gauge are still present on the dash above the non-functional Pioneer MVH-150 head unit.  Cooper Discoverer AT3 265/75R15 tires provide a smooth ride with aggressive off-road capabilities and wrap around a set of factory 15” chrome wheels.

The top is removable and a factory integrated roll cage is found underneath.  Several suppliers do sell a soft top to make this a unique and universal vehicle.  In addition, the windshield folds down on to the hood if you want a full throwback overlanding experience with the wind in your face.
